    RANJEET SHANKAR - FOUNDER & CEO, MERA COACH & GEPL

    Over the last 22 years, he has worked for some of the biggest brands in India and APAC, dealing in fitness and lifestyle technologies startups, as well as retail, and have led various sales and marketing teams across geographies. In 2018, he was rated as one of the Top 100 Retail Minds of India for his phenomenal contribution to helping global sports technology brands such as Sportstec, Dartfish, and some of our well-known native brands set up a sizable retail presence across India. His track record includes leading five “start-up” businesses into large profitable organizations, creating immense stakeholder value with the potential to generate more than 5 million USD in revenue. His areas of expertise include channel sales, distribution network, go-to-market planning, sales forecasting, and budgeting. Has an MBA from one of the Top 10 global B-schools in International Business and is also an ERP consultant and acquired his SAP degree with a specialization in Sales & Distribution.

    COL KHAN SAAD - CO FOUNDER MERA COACH

    Khan Saad has more than 21 years of diverse experience in Operations, Project management, Administration, and Strategy. He has been handling assignments at various locations in India and has to his credit experience in leading programs in more than 11 Indian states and managing employees from each part of India. A soldier to the core, Khan Saad has been a trainer in major military training establishments for a cumulative period of 6 years during his career in the Indian Army including at the coveted National Defence Academy at Pune.

    CO-FOUNDER
    ANKUR TAKSANDE - CO FOUNDER MERA COACH

    Masters in Management studies (Marketing) with 17 years of glorious experience in FMCG, BFSI, TELEC OM and FACLITY Industries. A true-blue sportsman & fitness freak. Trained in Vengsarkar cricket academy, Played at Junior national level in wild river water rafting.  Won several trophies and championships while representing the University of Mumbai in Football, Cricket, Water Polo, TT, Badminton and athletics. Now he heads the customer acquisition and retention department in Meracoach. Since now he is on the other side of the field, he has a much better understanding of the needs of the coaches and athletes.
